Judah, Week Eight

This week Judah met his maternal grandmother and great-grandmother for the first time.  There’s an 89 1/2 year age difference between them.  He was even on his best behavior . . . at times.

Judah, Week Seven

View at your own risk.  Adam just bought a new HD camcorder and we’ve, sadly, joined the world of terrible home movies of our baby.  Anyway, if you’re still reading, this week Judah smiles a lot, especially when Adam gets home.  But he appears skeptical of new technology.

Judah’s been smiling for over a week, but capturing his smile on camera has been difficult.  He smiles easily, but the minute a lens comes into view, he loses the smile, instead focusing on the camera.  Adam, however, managed to get this one this morning.

Judah, Week Six

This marks the beginning of Judah’s sixth week with us.  We swore we’d never resort to the swing or the swaddle.  Oh, how we’re chagrined.  Here’s Judah, swaddled, smiling, and swinging.

Judah at One Month

Judah is one month old.  Can’t believe he’s been around so long already.  It seems like there wasn’t a time he wasn’t here with us.  He’s fitting into the routine quite well.  He will now smile at you if you smile at him.  Unfortunately, capturing a smile with the camera proved to be too daunting.  Here’s the picture we got instead:
